If you look at some of the Fixpak readme's, It was my understanding that,
while not required, It may be best to install wr08600 prior to installing
wr08610 or wr08620.  Wr08600 is the TCPIP 4.1 upgrade.

When I have used wr08610 on the 4.0 stack I have also had problems.  I now
have the Software Choice 4.1 stack and have loaded WR08620.  My Bind
server stoped working - reloading did not help.  Deleted Bind and restarted
and now it works fine.  I'll find out more about the longer term stability over the 
next few months.
