    One thing you have to remember is that email, unlike nearly every other
service on the net, is the one form where you are imposing on the other end
and all servers in between.  IE, when you go to a web page, an FTP server,
ICQ, real media, anything *you* are going out to get the data.  In email, the
data is coming to you.
