I know that Robert Spangler told me that he was going to post TagIt/2
to Hobbes, but I do not know if he has done that. However, I have a
copy of it if anyone is interested.

I have also used IceTag (icetag26.zip at Hobbes), as I am a Gulf War
Vet and as this tagline program is written by a Kuwaitian.
