    What?  You said that doesn't require a degree in CS.  I don't have one, I
do it.  ;)


    How about running a filter to add all the addresses into an address book,
write a message to the whole address book, C&P the addresses into an ASCII
editor, manually remove.  Of course GNU sort and uniq might come in handy
there, but I doubt you'd be up to using those, either.
