Explain yours. You know, businesses in the past several hundred years
were quite capable of keeping their customer satisfied without amassing large
databases and dossiers on their customers. Since the advent of such
information tracking I certainly know that most companies have annoyed me[*] and
certainly haven't satisfied me. So explain how these large databases and
dossiers are required when they never were before, say, 10 years ago?

[*] Go shopping at any large grocery store without their "club" card (AKA,
allowing them to track your purchases) and see how much your bill is to keep
your privacy. I don't want them to track my information, so I now have to pay
a higher rate to do so. How is that keeping me satisfied? :P
