Open two explorer windows next to each other, one in each of the
directories. Highlight everything in the PMMail98 directory, then hold
the control key and unhighlight each file with the same name as a file
in the PMMail 2000 directory.

Once you've done this, copy all the files and folders over from the '98
to the 2000 directory.

Then start PMMail 2000. If it doesn't find any accounts, you may have
to poke about in the registry, but don't try that until it doesn't
work.

You could also archive (or just copy) the whole PMMail98 file tree
somewhere and then re-install PMMail 2000 over the top of it. That's
what I did, worked a treat.
