quotes and equal signs in filter search strings?

It fails here also.

It fails here as well.

I can confirm that searching using the escape character (backslash) fails.
However, using the example given above from the Help file, searching for
the search string "Icon "The Innovator"" ( without backslashes) will work.
You can quote the quote (") character as well as quote the equal sign (=)
without using an escape character. You must insure that you have balanced
quote marks.
