Most (if not all) mail clients used on the industry, at least here in Spain, allow HTML mail. Do you agree with me that just a 
few people use PMMail or any other mail client that does not work with HTML messages?

Good catch! Unfortunately, it requires that the reader must follow the link. Yes, this is good, because it's a good filter... it 
they have no interest on the mail they won't follow the link. But from a 'boss' point of view, this is a bad filter: it breaks the 
immediacy of an email.

This discussion is so funny for me... :) because I usually defend your point of view (don't use HTML on mail) and someone 
else perform my role (you have to use it). <g>
