I'm sure such lawsuits exist. However, in sane legal systems,
lawsuits have much reduced effect and cost to the defendant if said
defendant can pay a lawyer for one hour's work to write a letter
displaying the concrete proof of the statements. If plaintiffs are
stupid enough to continue in the face of concrete proof, most judges
should be smart enough to dismiss cases based on said proof.
