Magic trick to find/edit the real message file

In the Windows version of PMMail 2000 is there any sort of magic trick to
find the particular file for a message?

I have a couple messages from people with the wrong date, and they always
sort to the top of their folder, and I'd like to edit them (easily), and
don't want to manually go into the directory and try and find them with GREP.

So is there some magic alt-click combination to get PMMail to let me edit the
original message file instead of ext.bod?
