	The complaints, for the most part, have not been about PMMail,
but about BSw.  And with the attitude expressed towards the customer
base, those complaints will not subside until they disappear
altogether.  I'll leave determining the reason for any disappearance as
an exercise for the reader.

	Such contempt for customers deserves failure, but first, please
sell PMMail to someone who cares.  Better yet, make it open source and
just walk away, cheer up and spend the time that you would normally
spend chastising your customers with your family and people you care
about.
