Precisely. I didn't buy stock in the company, I bought the product, and
no business acumen is required for that. If they can't make any money from
PMMail, then drop it and say so. I would be unhappy, but I would respect
the firm for its honesty and willingness to communicate.

My big bitch has been the total lack of communication and failure to 
follow through on promises.
