Many thanks to all who gave me suggestions on solving the crashing problem. It is now solved. Ahem, I downloaded and installed PMMail Professional 2000 and all is well. It went much easier than expected and PM-P 2000 recognized all my settings once I setup the shortcut to point to my data. Again, my thanks to all. Larry Alkoff N2LA
