Suggestion: Command line Index

I'd like to suggest a command line re-indexing of folders.

This suggestion derives from the recent experience of having one folder
stating something in excess of 30,000 messages; the subdir had 1600
files comprising 40 meg. Something must have gone very wrong, and I
don't know what, but PMMail/2 couldn't find enough resources to
reindex, and I had to delete all the files from the command line.

Having thus "fixed the situation" it occurred to me that I'd like to
reindex all the folders, but frankly I've way too many to go about it
one at a time from the GUI.
