I am using Henk Kelder's Fat32.IFS for OS/2. I have PMMail/2 and
PMMail 2000 both installed on a FAT32 partition.

I have never had a problem. The first time I installed both PMMail/2
and PMMail 2000 on the same drive it was FAT16 and the performance
was horrible compared to my HPFS partition. However, that was an old
drive. I don't know if the performance is better/acceptable now
because of the FAT32 or because of the new hard drive/motherboard or
all the above.
Either way, with a newer system, hard drive and FAT32 I find the
performance fine in both OS/2 and Win98.
