OK, well there is nothing there that should have upset Steve other than
the fact that Thomas does not want to engage with the list members
(even if it is due to lack of time rather than any other reason). Maybe
that's what it was, but Steve can answer for himself if he wants to.

Yes, I know that this isn't the be all and end all of life. Thanks for
the clarification Trevor, I didn't for one minute think that direct
rudeness from either of the BSW staff was the cause.

OK, well now we wait and see I suppose, things are taking a very
different turn from what I had hoped for before the announcement.
