This is not an argument to accept MS-defined HTML email. This is an
argument to work harder and faster to make an _official_ RFC (or
other standard) explaining how text markup in email should work on
ALL email clients. If it's coming anyway, we should make sure that it
is clearly and publicly understood exactly what "it" is.
