[pmmail-list] fetchttime ?

You have to change the clock in the PC if you don't have auto daylight change in affect.  Running Win 2K, you 
have to check that damn thing in any case of it won't let you set time to Daylight savings.  Bill Gates and his I 
will take care of you attitude.
