Question: there looks to be a  "double negative" principle here in 
!(m.size<"137216")
could be m.size>"137215"

Shouldn't the following use & rather than | according to the definition
of SirCam?
b="Hi! How are you?" | b="See you later. Thanks" 

I was just advised of a procmail for OS/2 which I haven't looked at
yet. Have you?

Do I understand that you, or anyone reading, has seen a SirCam message
which did not comply with h.-s="date: "  ?
