Known deficiency in nslookup. It won't work if your server doesn't have
a reverse DNS record for itself. Alas, Windows people are stuck with
it, as they lack "dig", distributed with BIND on Linux systems. OS/2
might come with dig. dig is more verbose, as it shows the whole DNS
packet, not just the answer, so it's harder for newbies to find the
answer in the result. It's targeted at people who have to debug DNS
transactions.

Hmm, took me 3 tries from my system before nslookup would give me an
answer, so you may indeed have a DNS problem. The address for
postoffice.1stconnect.com is 208.255.92.11.

Here's what dig says from my Linux box. Of special note is that both
name servers are in the same subnet (208.255.92.*) so there might be
some connectivity problems there.
