Did you move your PMMail message database to a place outside the PMMail
program directory?

Or if you use Windows NT/2000: Do you use PMMail as another user than the
one you were logged in when you installed PMMail?

In these cases you have to edit your Windows registry. Ask me for details
if this applies to your situation.
