[pmmail-list] Clean Up Message Forwarding

When PMMail/2 forwards a message, the entire header of the forwarded
message is inserted in the new message. I would like to have only:
	To:
	From:
	Date/Time:
	Subject:
included. Possibly, if there is a:
	Reply-To:
that is different from the "From:" it should be included also.

The main objective is to eliminate all of the extraneous:
	Received:
	X-Mailer:
	MIME...:
	Content...:
	Precedence:
	Message-ID:
	etc...
from the forwarded message. I cannot imagine why any of this would be
of any interest to the recipient of the forwarded message. Yes, there
is one exception: If you are forwarding a message to an ISP Help Desk,
ISP Abuse ID, etc. But these are exceptions that should be handled on
an exception basis.

I have looked a the Filter Builder description. If there is a simple
way to do this it is not obvious to me. Has anyone out there devised a
way to make this happen?

Certainly, the most desirable way would be to have an option in the
PMMail or Account Settings to cause this to happen. i.e., Maybe just a
check list of the header sections to include/omit would be nice. Then,
possibly, an option on the Message->Forward drop down menu that would
provided:
	Message->Forward->Full_Header
	                ->Abreviated_Header

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Carl
