[pmmail-list] quick interrogation?

One should never say something like "look in help" unless he knows what he 
is talking about.  It just so happens that if you press f1 in that 
checkbox, you'll find a comment like like "no help is asociated with this 
item," so the question still applies, what is it?  What is quick 
interrogation mean, as opposed to slow interrogation?  Why would it benefit 
to have it quick rather than unchecked which is the other condition of 
interrogation?
