[pmmail-list] timeouts

It isn't the SMTP authentication server that are causing the timeout on
the sends.  I am not sure if that is what will be done, but is was
mentioned.

In the past releases the only hangs with contacting the servers
occurred during message retrieval, unless anyone else can recall it
happening to them with a send.

You're right -- it would make more sense to find the _problem_,
rather than killing the _indicator_ !       Sort of like finding a 
rotting windowframe and deciding to paint over it so it doesn't show.
