None that I've found. Fortunately I can pull the message up in Epsilon
(available for both Windows and OS/2) and hit Esc-Q to
re-fill-and-justify a paragraph. I always do this when forwarding
jokes, which inevitably have been repeatedly quoted to unreadability.
(I can usually remove the quoting before reformatting with a simple
regex search-and-replace, like replacing ">" with nothing to remove
quotes and "^ +" with nothing to remove leading whitespace.)

Xnews (http://Xnews.3Dnews.net) has a nice RMB-menuitem,
"Rewrap-and-justify-lines". Just highlight the badly-formatted text,
even if it's in a quote, and select this item, and your post is now
ready for posting at the desired width. Xnews preserves any quoting
while reformatting paragraphs.
