Hi,

It is possible to create a filter which moves the incoming mails from 
the one account to the other, isn't it?
In the case if it is possible (I think it is!), he has to fetch his 
mails from his 2 accounts naturally.
But after fetching his mails, I think he can automatically let the 
filters run.
