It will reflect the original subject of the message. 'Set Subject' will
not alter the original message.

If you 'Set Subject' before sending the canned reply, your index file
will show a new subject for the original incoming message but the
original message will be unchanged. Thus your canned reply will reflect
the original subject. If you 'Set Subject' after sending the canned
reply, your index file will show a new subject for the outgoing message
but the outgoing message will be unchanged. Thus your canned reply will
reflect the original subject.
