ISO 8859-15 is also called "Latin 9". It is very similar to ISO 8859-1
("Latin 1"), but some very rarely used characters were replaced with the
Euro currency symbol and some characters needed in French and Finnish which
were forgotten in Latin 1. Latin 9 is intended to be used as a replacement
for Latin 1.
