Trust me, I know all about Urban Legends and I do not pass them
on. Any virus rumor or spider in the toilet seat or AIDs
needles in the movie theater chair gets checked out before I
pass it on. The trick-or-treat is listed as an Urban Legend
also. You can see it at:

I am only passing on what my ex-aunt told to my uncle. Neither
of these people are flakes in my opinion. I have not talked to
my ex-aunt directly. This supposedly did happen to her. I don't
know if it is going to happen or not. I cannot imagine
purposely blowing up children- that would destroy the
credibility of any cause, but some people have twisted
thoughts/motives. Take the message to heart or don't. It is
your choice. I would rather be on the safe side.
