[pmmail-list] PMMail doesn't generate Message-Id

No it does not. The message-ID line is inserted by the server if it
is not present already. Check your "outbox" and view full header. You
will not see message-ID lines. But when the messages come back to you
(if you send them to yourself) the line is there.
