[pmmail-list] Changed service providers - now PMMail won't send.

You need to specify your new DSL provider's SMTP server in the
"Account" / "Properties" / "Send" / "SMTP Server" field.

You probably have your old provider's SMTP server there, and it's
rejecting messages which originate outside its network.
