  It shouldn't even in this case. Reply-to-all creates a reply to all 
RECIPIENTS and the main one is the "To:" header which is the name of the 
mailing list, if it is not on the "CC:" list. 

  Your would certainly never want to send a message to the "sender" which is 
probably some automatic agent. I not even know if "Sender:" is a valid 
RFC-822-header, I know it only from NetNews.
