I just got a message from Gigabyte (the mainboard vendor) which is not
correctly displayed by PMMail (version see X-mailer header of this mail).
Description of the problem follows further down.

   This email was a nested structure (yes, MIME is recursive).

   The message header described it as "multipart/related". The first part was
again multipart, this time "multipart/alternate" -- a text/plain part, and a
text/html part.

    The HTML part references some images which are on the multipart/related
level, and are references in the <IMG SRC="..."> by their Content-ID.

    PMMail/2 displays only the text/plain part, not the text/html alternative;
selecting "View message in web browser" does not display the images, since the
browser does not know anything about the relationships via the Content-ID to
the other parts in the multipart/related structure.

    PMMail/2000 displays the HTML formatting, but ignores the <IMG
SRC="cid:479221312@28082002-252a" ..> which reference other related parts in
the message via their Content-ID (cid).

    I can send that message if BSW wants it to see for testing purposes.
