Hi,

I think that a modest charge for the resending of a email for
password purposes is ok. I know the time is takes to search old records
to find something. After all it is not PmMail (BSW) or BMTMicro's fault
_YOU_ lost your registration password details.

As a matter of fact I have lost mine too. But when doing a re-install
I first install PmMail for Windows or Os/2 and then restore a backup
into the same location as the new install, overwriting all files.

The registration details are in some of the files, not windows registry or
Os/2 ini files.

I could not swear to it, but I think the registration details are in:-
For Os/2
PMMAIL.TCK
PMMAIL.INI
For Windows
PMMAILW.TCK
PMMAILW.INI

Perhaps Trevor could confirm this.

Anyway, if you keep a backup of the files, you can register just by coping them
into your new installation.

Trevor, are there any other files we should back up as well, for
minimum re registration purposes that is.? TIA.

And I am glad Peter Nielsen is now the programmer.
At least we can now expect competent programming and a more upto date code base.

I personally, am very happy with PmMail for windows and Os/2.
I would like the os/2 version to be feature compatible with
the windows version. HINT. HINT.

Regards,
BobT.
