Leuko, it's obvious English is not your native tongue ... I have no idea=
what you are talking about ...
Windows 2000 came in one flavor for the desktop - Professional ... Windo=

All my statements were talking about the "Professional" versions of 2000=
 and XP ...

I'm assuming when you say "Windows XP is WinNT 5.0 lite" you referencing=
Windows XP - Home version ...
And your statement: " ... and you should note the "Professional" which g=
oes with "Windows 2000", which is actually
WinNT 5.0 Workstation." doesn't make any sense ... There are Professiona=
l versions of both 2000 and XP ...

It's real simple ... Both XP and 2000 are NT 5 ...
~ Windows 2000 Professional =3D Windows NT 5.0x
~ Windows XP Professional =3D Windows NT 5.1x
~ Windows XP Home Edition =3D Windows NT 5.1x minus assorted networking =
components ...

XP is actually a minor release on the NT side of the fence ... Its major=
claim to fame was to bring 95/98/ME DOS compatibility to the NT
kernal ... So all the home users could run their games, older DOS applic=
ations, etc ...

Seeing thru the hype has nothing to do with anything ...
Both the Home and the Pro versions of XP have a "crap" user-interface an=
d is geared towards morons ...

How much clearer do I have to say it ???
