Hi, all, in addition to the problem of pm mail not propperly deleting
large numbers of messages from the server, so that, if I'm downloading
mail, and get, let's say to message 499 of 500, if the server should
break connection, the whole download starts over again. Should pm mail
get messages, and delete them from the server after it downloads them
one by one? My friend Curt says he's never had that kind of trouble
with pm mail, so I'm wondering if my server isn't obeying instructions
to delete messages from the server? Also, when deleting messages from
the remote server, it seems that if I delete more than 100 messages at
a time, I get an illegal operations message, of which, I got 3, the
first froze pm mail at 207 messages, the second froze pm mail at 330
messages, and I forget the third count. I will post all the illegal
operations messages for pm mail staff to look at with windows 98 se,
192 megs of ram, a 400 megs processor, and pm mail version 2502.

Sorry, I'm not good at copying all this stuff, but if any staff is
unclear because of any missing information, please let me know. I
don't know why we can't successfully delete more than 100 messages from
the remote server without pm mail causing
illegal operations. Thanks for any help you can give.
Marty
