[pmmail-list] URLs still lock up pmmail on beta

Using Mozilla 0.9.9 under Win2000, I've found that if Mozilla isn't
open, then it will be launched and the URL displayed.  But, if it is, a
new Mozilla window will open, but, will be displayed.

Of course, under OS/2 it works perfectly.  Probably caused by a great
kernel :)
