In sweden we have something called "NIX-telefon" where one can sign
up and request that telemarketers don't call up at all. They *must*
check the list first before starting their call sessions. Now, what
I'd like is a similar list but for e-mail. And of course, companies
you allow to call you, may ignore the nix-list altogether. Anyway,
since the gov started this nix-service, I have had a dramatical
decrease in telemarketers calls.
