Actually it is not a misconception ... you seen unable to "get it" if
something has not happened during 20 years" it IS NOT an assertion
relating to whether it could or could not have happened.  The subject
relates to whether it DID happen and it DID NOT ...   try and read more
carefully before getting all lathered up.
