   It should be very easy to implement copying all messages from a 
folder or account or all of PMMail into such a structure (it is not so 
easy to maintain it, since deleting a message in the middle requires to 
copy the whole mailbox to a new file). 

   The two parts of the "From" line above can be taken from the index 
(FOLDER.BAG) which also has the file name of the message.
