[pmmail-list] No Message Compose Window

Thanks, that got it.  I actually tried the other two options, but that one made 
little sense, so I didn't try it.  As it was a new account, that particular 
preference seems an odd one.

BTW, the actual setting needed is the opposite one:  "Use for message composing" but 
the whole dialogue is a little illogical.
