[pmmail-list] Sorting internal folders

Stop PmMail and restart it.  The Folder list will then be 
resorted in alphabetic order.  At least that's the way the OS/2 
version works.  I strongly suspect that since the Windows version 
is a port from the OS/2 version (PmMail started life as an OS/2 
app for those who do not know this).
