pmmail is finiky about the format of the email name in the key. it has
to match exactly to what you have ie:"first last <email@domain.com>"
has to be exactly like you have it in your address book or it won't
find it. use PGP keys to look at their key and make the address book
the same. if their key does not have the <> around the email address
pmmail can't find it and there won't be anything you can do about it
other than asking the person to correct the key and send you another
one. this wasn't a problem till a recent version because I had my key
formatted as such

then at some point pmmail started complaining about it not being able
to find a key for me so it can encrypt the copy in sent mail. once I
changed my key to include

Ronny Hippler <email1>
Ronny Hippler <email2>
Ronny Hippler <email3>
email1
email2
email3

it started working again. kinda stupid if you ask me.
