[pmmail-list] Running PMMail w/o admin rights

The installer will not install w/o admin rights, however you can get
pmmail to run w/o admin rights.  Copy the program directory from
another install and you copy the following dll's, listed below, into
the pmmail directory.  Crude, but it works so far with no ill
effects.  Is there any reason that the installer must have admin
rights then?  Can this be changed in a future version?
