[pmmail-list] new icons in win beta?

I like the clean new look of the icons in PMMail2kStd2202717.exe (no
boxes around each one looks a lot cleaner and 'newer.'

My question is: why don't I see these new icons on my laptop?  it is
win98 rather than xp, other than that, it does say ver 2717, but the
icons did not update with this new beta.

Ideas?
