[pmmail-list] Icons when messages marked/unmarked as read

Anyone know how to get the message icon to change once the message is marked as read/unread?

I can see the unread count decrease/increase when the message is read/unread, but the icon does not 
change until I switch to another folder and then go back.

Any ideas?  Re-installing didn't help.
