[pmmail-list] Opening PMMail and a new message, too

In my case this works..

PMMailw.exe /srd /s Lwkal0.act  mailto:jimbob@bobworld.com

where the startup account is Lwkal0.act and the mailto: is who I want the new msg addressed to.
The account is the account folder, not the name as it appears in PmMail..
