PMMail is working perfectly well for my needs also -- but like
yourself, I worry a lot when the owner and developer of the
software completely refuses to make any statement their own hosted 
forum.  Last we heard from BS-w they were excited about moving 
the program forward with a new library -- and we were excited too.  
Haven't checked, but that must have been over a year ago, when we 
last heard anything whatsoever from any of them.

BS-w not saying anything at all is being interpreted pretty
clearly by all their (once loyal) customers....
  (my car is that one in the 2nd row of the parking lot...)
