It specifically said PMMail/2. Also, some projects at SourceForge never 
go anywhere. And BPSW hasn't shown themselves to be particularly speedy. 
But I would guess if you are interested in the OS/2 version and if your 
definition of "soon" is within a year, the answer is probably "yes".
