 a couple of weeks ago, I was struggling over an entire weekend to get
PMMAIL running again - without any sizeable email in the queue. It kept
crashing right after the program window came up. Very hard to change
any settings then....

 I occurs when you (have to) use remote control - and break out of this
(for whatever reason).
